Monster truck bodies on a slash

does any1 have any pics of how a monster truck (well, monster truck SIZED) body looks on a slash? i've heard that it shares the wheelbase wit the emaxx n e revo. i dont actually have a slash, but i mite get the chassis and use it on my rustler, so i want to see what my options are for bodies.

same ish length, but more narrow. Better off getting a slash specific shell.

What size are those wheels mate, also what gearing are you running? I have two slashes and one isn't doing anything! Could do with some monster action! I can see your mamba maxed up, would the titan do for the time being till i get a vxl in there ?

    its not as long, lol.

btw:: the body doesnt have to cover the wheels, i'd be using it on a rustler with a jato wide mod. ALSO ::: it doesnt actually have to be a body shaped like a truck o.o there are lots of shells that fit monster trucks that arent actually TRUCKS (the plymouth hemi-cuda, for example) actually, the baja buzzard shell looks pretty good tho

lol a bit of length makes all athe difference rofl. A lot smoother off road. What gearing do you plan to use if you gonna use huge tires?

Wheels and tires 6.3" tall, 3.4" wide. Running 16/86 48P with Mamba Monster on 3s lipo. Can't keep stock drive shafts together for very long. It twists them then eventually rips the u-joint apart. The C-CVD's on order. Not sure how well a brushed motor would endure this set-up.

vxlkid...it seems you'll need a body that is about 8" wide at the doors to sit just outside the chassis without the nerf bars installed. I've seen a few that have chassis hanging out post truck body and it just looks...well...not right.

What truck body are you using? Got a link? I can't tell from the pics, but is your truck body wide enough to fit over the chassis? Or is it being pushed out just slightly?

    This one maybe?

Thats it... It is a perfect fit for the chassis width. I still haven't rubbed thru the paint there, yet.

Did you paint that? That is one of the baddest paint jobs I've ever seen!
