No steering?

So I got a new mini slash yesterday, took out the reciever and popped in my reciever for my MX-3 2.4 system. I get forward and reverse but no steering. Any ideas? Rx works fine in other cars.

This is a very unlikely fix, but you might want to try turning the truck off and then on again. That has worked for me when I have the truck on, and then spin the servo too fast, which turns on the speedo because it generates enough power. Then, when I turn on the transmitter, I will have throttle but not steering. If I then turn off the truck's speedo, then turn it back on, the servo works again.
