    Changing Aluminum Color

    How would you change the color of aluminum parts i was thinking of getting the aluminum push and tie rods but i dont like them red i wanted them like black or blue or something

    Making them silver is easy. Easy off, yellow can. Adding color involves anodizing.

    Heatshrink them with whatever color you want / can find.

    Thats a great idea for the color you want and for the added protection from rock chips in the red anodizing.

    The only fall back in doing this that i can see is not being able to adjust the turnbuckles/tow links "for track side adjustments" with the provided wrench.

    If you used an adjustable wrench on them with the heatshrink it would probably get tore up and you would have to replace it.
    Keep flex'in those forum keyboard muscles.

    I work in a shop I could strip and anodize them in trade for a set of my own
