this is not a balancer it is just a "monitor". it just watches you Lipo and tells you when it needs to be balanced...

you will need a dual balancer board above for charging 2 x battery
    also get some extension leads

you dont really need the lipo monitor as you wont be able to see it in the car

This maybe better for you as entry level power supply and charger built together and should charge your batterys around an hour and a half each

the balancer board is for the balance plugs on your lipos (the small white plugs)
the power leads depending on what plug you choose deans or traxxas is connected to the charger through a charg lead you will need to make a y lead to connect 2 batteries

The monitor is a waste of $4

The $12 ******* charger is a SLOW charger with balancer built in.. It's like 1/3 the speed of the $40 ******* you picked out..

I suggest you stick with that ******* charger/discharger/balancer you picked... It's very cheap but has all of the features you want.. Charge, Discharge, Balance

You can adjust the charge settings and it has a screen that displays all the info for you to see.. (not 100% accurate according to reviews but close enough)

And it will charge each battery in about (usually less) than an hour safely.

******* is also a decent brand... It's unfortunate the power supply costs $40 also.. You don't need a power supply with that many amps tho.. You may find one cheaper elsewhere..

    Lipos are no joke.

Read the manual when you get the charger it's very obvious what plugs in to what.. You may need to put on proper connectors but that's easy and your local hobby shop can help you.

********* has good customer support also..

I've been running one of them this way, and the truck does rock on this pack. Instant backflips if you give it a handful, and wheelies are doable even at speed.

You are good as your order is the battery monitor is not neccessary but hey its cheap

You will need some Traxxas connectors for the batteries you can pick up locally or online
