stock tire blew off last night
rolled over and gave a blip on the remote and 1/2 of the tire ripped off...
stock tires don't hold up to that?
what is a good alternative?

You have to take them off and re glue them yourself if your going to be running much over 40 mph very often with it. Tapeing them at the same time is highly recommended as well and will make them hold up to higher rpm's even better.
the RESPONSE PRO TIRES ON 3.8" WHITE DISH WHEELS work very good, after my wheels broke (on 6s lipo) i called traxxas and they said to try them out and i LOVE them, they give a smother ride and makes wheelies even EASYER, and it has a lot more grip.
Yeah the ERBE can handle 6s no problem but the stock talons they suck bad. Just about everyone will upgrade to a better quality tire and rim combo. Heres a link with lots of tire options as well as pics and links.
