    My Mini Revo

So i got my mini revo about a week ago. Just finally got around to posting it. I got it used from a member on another forum. For a very good price i got, the mini revo, kyosho solid wheels, losi xrt3000 tires, 3x ***** 2200mah 2s lipos, original battery, a handful of pinions.
I thought this thing was bulletproof, don't get me wrong this thing is very strong but i put it through my serious abuse, just like my ERBE.
Now i have a broken- rear bulkhead, front body post, wing, and front lower right a arm. But even with all that broken, i can still run this little guy and boy does he move!

Heres some pics with new wheels

And some pics with my fullsize-

alright so i got everything back together, new chassis dyed black, rear bulkhead, and went to run it and it sat there and hopped. Couldn't figure it out, picked it up and the rear wheels spin correctly and the front spin in reverse! How is that possible?

i had the rear diff apart to install the new bulkhead but the front i never messed with. How do the front and rear spin differently?

You installed the rear diff upside down take the bulkhead back off and flip the diff. People do this all the time with nitro revos

the rear spins correctly, so is the front backwards?

what are you spinning to know if the rear is going the right way and the front not? (the motor, front wheels, rear wheels).

like he said your diff is upside down.. since you didnt have the front apart then you know its not wrong up front... bt you did have the back aparts fso flip it around so the front and back both go in the same direction and then if your radio is backwards flip that switch.. do try and drive it just hold it in the air when testing because you will rip apart something in the driveline..

yeah, before i posted this i had the rear apart and (thought i flipped it) the only thing i can think is i took it out to flip it and put it right back to wrong way.

either way, i just took it apart AGAIN and flipped it for sure this time. i'll put it back together here and see what happens.

thanks for all the fast responses

i got it back together and thats what it was
    i feel so dumb

but all that matters is that its back on the road. there are a few things i gotta adjust but it runs.

i'm really tired of this green light not working. its a pain when i'm trying to calibrate or change profiles. i just want a sidewinder! i also have trouble running my 2s in series, i know lvc has to be off its just a pain.

so i called traxxas about my green light not working.
he was very blah with me, i have to send it back and wait 2 weeks for my new one. Forget that, i feel they should send me one and i'll send my bad one back. that would make me (the customer) happy. No down time to fix their defective product. i have spent alot(too much) money on strictly traxxas since i've been in the hobby and feel i should have some sort of help from them

Yeah i feel the same way. If any of the electronics go out in the 30 day warranty, they should be sent out with a return box for the defective electronics, not wait 2 weeks to have them repair their own defective product, especially if it's less than 30 days old.

I feel exactly the same way in the last 2 years or so they went from the best customer service ever to the I dont give a dam attitude I also got. I won't go through my whole story with them but to make a long story short I just bought what what absolutely missing out of the box beacuse they got me so fustrated. Also I have all traxxas but there is other options out there. And if CS treats me like an idiot again I will take my money elsewhere.
havnt failed I just found 1000 ways that wont work

this may be a stupid question but, i am not able to do backflips anymore. When i first got it, i could. i'm running 2s 2200mah 20c lipos and the slipper is almost tight. i was running 28/50 gearing and went down to 23/50.

with the 28t, it got hot quick but never shut down
i really don't like the 23t so i'm going back with the 28t

what am i missing? its not like i do them constantly, but its nice to do one every once in awhile
