Need that wheelie bar, the "wheelie wing" is not cutting it.

They are OK, but will eventually bend up after a while and keep a eye on the tires, before you know it, one will be missing.

You can put some little tires on the wing to make it a lot better acting as a wheelie bar

Man, my hands are twitching. That thing looks good... but 5.3oz is a lot for such a small truck. I want one though!

Yeah because I would have been more than happy to buy one the day I bought the truck!!!

I have been looking at some of the photos I can find of the Revo wheelie bar and I think that Traxxas can make a very similar system for this truck. It may require them to make a replacement rear tower that we would have to but with the wheelie bar kit, but so what, I would do it if it allowed us to have an easily removed and and adjusted bar like the big revo has.

Just my 2 cents.

I received the bar, but still waiting for my vehicle. In support for my LHS that runs by a family, I decided to pay a lot more than I could get from Tower with the club price. However, they got the wrong color and they are talking to their distributor again today.

I don't mind helping local hobby shops, especially when they're little mom and pop shops, but I still won't allow myself to get ripped off. I just got my 1/16th Slash at the LHS, which is a local shop owned by one guy that has been around since the 80s when the Tamiya craze started it all. I did pay about $20 more than you can find them for online, but by the time you factor in shipping and not having to wait for it to be delivered to your house it's well worth it IMO.

Anyway, sorry for the off-topic discussion. I just have to ask - how is the quality of the New Era stuff?
