Great job. I might have to try this. Where did you get the blue piece that is on the rockers?

That's really well made Thomas, keep it up. What material did you use for the sway bar itself?

Nicely done. I bet you could find pivot balls with the right thread + length to just replace the shock mounting screws. Just a thought.

I wouldn't know where to start. I didn't mean to criticize. I just think it would be a really clean mod if you didn't have to make holes in the rockers.

    Thomas,

Love the setup. Can you tell me what turnbuckles you used? Actually maybe if you can give us a list of all part used in the creation of this that would be great

AE RC10 "stock kit" turnbuckles have to cut them app 5 mm on each side
Ball cups come from jconcept BJ4WE swaybar kit. the whole kit kan be used, the ball stud in alu that is used on the rockers comes from this kit to, just drill a hole and atach, ya need a spacer to get the ballstud up "from " the rocker.

the tricky part is to use the dremel to "cut" a line in the shockmount so the sway can fit. then just bend it to fit and cut it...
    l

I hope, i realy i can give yuo a real guide, maybe tomorow monday or Tuesday

thanks for the help. I noticed that u only have it installed on the front. Any plans on using the kit in the rear? I saw a video with you driving it on the track, is that with the swaybar? thanks again for all the help that you could provide.

One more thing... where did u get the bearings for the rockers and the steering linkage? Im surprised that traxxas didnt have these things already installed... this is not normal traxxas philosophy of all bearings everywhere.

    Thanks

Hi jd, not for now i have any plans to make a rear kit. On my films i have it attached, the swaybar working actually good. im sure this can be done alot better.

I ordered them on a swedish site that have a lot of ballbearings 4x7mm kullagergrossisten.se

As usual just ask Q and il try to anwser them, it is only fun to help.

This is a little writup i did. Im no ace of ENG i hope you understand. Any Q just ask me and i will try to anwser as good i can.

Pics is located in my gallery

Here is a picture where i mean that you will have to cut a trace threw all the mount (so the swaybar can move and be secure)

    Thomas,

How are the shocks holding up after converting to Alum GTR and Teflon Shafts. Any leaking issues?

No, not a single drop, BUT i still want some softer o-rings, i do not like the stock "plastic feeling" o-rings..

Really nice setup and great write up! I appreciate this work. I'll have to try this myself.

I was going to suggest looking on McMaster-Carr's website for replacement O-rings, but I see you're in Sweden and not the US.

I wonder if MSC will ship outside the country.
Are you sure McMaster-Carr will not ship internationally?
