I made a Lithium Ion battery

Had a Bad motorola SBV5222 with a 2000MAH or so Lithium ION battery in it. Opened it up and its a 3 cell so I did some soldering seems to work very nice and I could probally fit 6 cells in PArallel. Only thing is seems a little short on amperage. Punched I hit the LVC a few times. Any Ideas Guys is lithium Ion not made for high amperage apps. Just wondering cause they are sealed cells and look real nice and mabye waterproof? Mabye I dont know. Also when I charge it and its done it stays @ 12.60 on the nose does not drop at all. Anyway if its safe I could try to make a 6cell and split it across the compartments. Suggestions welcome BTW they are Round cells

You guessed right. Lithium Ion is not made for high current draw.
