Gas tank assembly,need help

Hey everyone,just changed the gas tank cap to the carbon fiber one and im trying to put back the silver spring part that forces the cap closed,but i can't seem to get it right,does anyone know the position that it sits in,or anyone have a close up pic of it that i can compare, it's for the Jato 3.3....

Thanks,i have it all together except for the metal spring piece that forces the gas cap closes,i just can't seem to get it into place,do you or anyone have a close up pic of how it should look so i could compare

It looks like you hook the spring in the cap then put the other part up against the lip on the tank.
