    Got my Fabtech Slash!

Just brought it home, charged up the twin packs and let her rip! First impression is that the truck is suprisingly fast. Powerful enough to get wheel scrub when you pin it from about 50%. The handling takes a bit of getting used to just because its light, small, narrow, and really really powerful. I've run Revo's, T-Maxxes, and a few HPI onroad cars. Nothing has ever had my jaw on the floor like this little thing.

So yeah, good job Traxxas, you guys definitely hit this one out of the park.

Runtime is about 10-15, depending on how heavy your finger is.

No wheelies, tires aren't built for it. It does do nice donuts and burnouts.

No pics yet, I'm pretty slow with a camera. And the body is already scratched to heck and back from flipping over at speed so many times. Because of the narrow wheelbase it tends to roll quickly in a high traction area. But it also could be my driving...I'm not Steve Slayden

If he is getting wheel scrub at 50% throttle, it has to be series I would think. So if he is getting 10 to 15 in series, 20 to 30 in parallel. is that with the 1200mah packs ?

On one pack the tires spin with ease!

The packs are in series. I actually put the larger pinion back in and have been running a single pack. The truck is just as much fun, is far easier to control, and I get to play longer from having a spare pack charged. And I promise to post some pics later today.

The packs I'm using are the stock traxxas packs charged at 1200ma. I got like 20ish minutes today on a single pack and not hammering on it, so decently long run times are very possible. I dunno though, I was an exclusively nitro guy before this little beast.
