I like yours very much. I saw it earlier and figured you would respond to this. There are quite a few baja style slash's out there and I figured it would be a great gathering tread to see what creativity comes from this. Hope to see more soon.

Does the wheel and tire on the rear throw things off at all? Do those lights stay on when rolled?

Supra Sales Ebay truggy tires.. 2 pre mounted for 17 bucks.. same size as revo.. unless you have seriously upgraded the drive line... dont bother trying to run them... you need carbon steel planetaries inside the diff. or a solid diff and preferable the FLM cvd or you'll go through tranny parts like its a fire sale...

Good eye! What gave it a way. It is a converted Stampede.

Has Slash chassis, Slash Bellcranks, Slash Skid plates, Slash Rear Arm for the toe in, Xl-5 waterproof ESC.
Everything needed for it to be a Slash except,
the bumpers (which don't fit with the bug bodys to well)
body post(which I made custom ones to fit bug Body)

So I guess it is a Slash now.

Tires and rims are just heavy. Just put a smaller pinion on to get the speed going. For the lights, I only drove 3 times so for with 1 roll over.

Well my lights are gone after 3 runs. One roll over at half speed took 3 of them out. 2 on the top snapped off and 1 in front of the window snapped off.

They looked great, But I knew it would be a matter of time before they broke.

Why does everyone put the directional tires on backwards all the time..?? If the actually worked better that way, that'd be how they were supposed to me mounted.. LOL.. i just dont get it.. Great body, but the tires are on backwards... I see it on stampedes all the time too with talons...

happens with the stadium trucks alot with geolanders... i just dont see how hard it is to look at the direction arrows on the sidewall and follow the directions... a friend just gave me a used set of geolanders.. i have to boild them because i'll know in the back of my mind they are backwards.. that is, if i use them like they are mounted now... anyway.. rant over... and it is a nice body...

if i am in sand, i reverse the rears to help with traction. They act more like paddles then than self cleaning normal shoes.

Great bodies. I'm looking to get one of these the next time I need a slash body.

As for the tires. Running them backwards actually does give you better traction in dirt etc. Give it a try. My pede handles a lot better with the rear talons on backward.

Not sure smart, but it would probably look pretty sweet. Someone should weld a front bumper. Out of brake line or something.

Anybody have one of these bodies and still use both the front and rear bumpers? I want to dress up my spec class slash.. but I will have to keep both bumpers on to race with it.

I like it better without the rear.

i guess you really dont know rc as well as you think huh? my tires are fine maybe you should think a little harder b4 you make comments..? it does work, pretty good actually. read rc car actions short course truck special for a few slash tips.. it works for crawling and racing.. you get more bite this way because the widest part of the tread comes in contact with the ground first..

    thanks for the compliments though.
