    MaxAmps Batteries for the 1/16th.

Hey my MaxAmps batteries came in. These things are tiny... i knew they would be small but lol they small. Here is a pic of them side by side with a 9.6 sub c battery.

Looking at the pic does not do em justice.. hard to immagine that these lil things are gonna make the 1/16th go 50 mph.

Huh? You saying that the 1/16 E-Revo Battery tray is bigger/smaller then the 1/16 Slash? Because thats what i was talking about the two 1/16 as far as i know are the same size.

How many amps do you charge these little packs at?
I charge my normal packs at 5, so these are the same, or lower?

    a good rule of thumb is 1C for charge. 1x1600mah = 1600ma = 1.6 A

He is right. If you want to be a little on the safer side with these smaller cells I would do .5C or .8C.

I wouldn't run ma packs EVER. Way overpriced. Also uses 16awg wire, quite restrictive. You can go to cheapbatterypacks and get a 1500 mah, 7.2v, 2/3a pack, upgraded, with 12 gauge wire and a traxxas plug for a lil over $25. I run CBP packs in my e-maxx. AMAZING
