I use industrial strength velco found at any home depot type store, never had an issue except I need a screwdriver to pry it off. I will be cutting in some slots to run locking ties around it, just in case I land really hard one day, so far nothing to harsh!

I lightly sandpaper with the dremel the chassis to create a bond. Then superglued the foam to the ESC and the sandpapered chassis. It is very, very secure.

Secure, yes, easily removable, not so much. I was also told that ShoGoo works too, but I like to have the option of a quick removal

heres the mount i made using brass angle and rod, brazed it together with silver solder. so far is is very strong and i can easily remove the esc without using tools.

I just command my ESC to stay put, and it does.

Industrial strength velcro will hold it on just fine. The only way it will come off is if you take it off and even that will be difficult if your using a piece the size of the bottom of the esc. I have been using velcro to hold recievers in my cars for years.

I'm taking about stuff like this Industrial strength velcro

It has the same kind of sticky backing as servo tape so it ain't coming unstuck without some elbow grease either.

Here is how I did mine. I made this several months before the Traxxas one was available.

I used the exact stuff that candy76man shows, I actually took the bottom right off the ESC the first time, leart my lesson, but Brett by far has the prettiest mount I've seen
