Here is my mini Slash on the track. First run out of the box.

just a few updates since my last gallery post...
- hopper adjustable wheelie bar, i think it is fantastic!!!
- homemade shock socks, i made them out of black rashie (rash vest) material. (licra or spandex, the stuff bathers and made of)
- five 2200mah 2s (4 new ones and 1 from another car (the shrink wrap rubbed threw so i wrapped it in electrical tape))
- tunigy accucell-6 charger, great charger...
- black dyed chassis and rockers.

Here is my Mini running a Futaba 2.4 system and a prographics shell purchased from Liqrsicc. It is a bright dayglo orange and with th included rims I am pretty sure that I will never lose sight of it at the track or dragstrip!
After putting on the window and light stickers I couldn't bring myself to deface it any more by adding more stickers to it.
Thanks for parting with this shell Liqrsicc, you were right the pictures didn't do it justice!

Here is one with the new Dirt Hawgs mounted to the rims. They are about a quarter of an inch larger than stock so I will have to figure out what that will do to my gearing. I also had to trim the rims down some so they wouldn't rub on the knuckles.

Here is a pic of the Revo with the only other mini compitition on site at the moment. He also has a 18t that is waiting for a servo and motor to get it running. After that maybe there will be a little more action going on here.

Here is a good example of the "moondust" that we have over here it is a very fine powder that gets into everything!

Pretty much stock except a duratrax heat sink and some 70wt shock oil. I know the holes in the body for airflow are pretty ugly but its just a bashing body and it serves its purpose.











I broke the body mount doing flips at the skatepark so i rigged it untill i get some replacement parts:


Also broke the front a arm at the skatepark and used super glue and thread to repair it till i get some new parts:

Here are our two MERVs. Did the bug for mine, and my son used the 1/18 Rockstar body. A little cutting and velcro, but they hold up pretty good.

Here's one of my experiment bodies for the slash. I had to make it shorter to fit the wheels right. A bit messy. I'm looking for a good rally car body, i think the little slash would work great for that.

Here is the newest addition to my family, I figured that since I have one Slash and have already ordered the Slash 4X4 I should go ahead and get all of them. I hope that it is as fun as my Revo and full sized Slash. Well Batteries are charged and the light sets are on and waiting for us to tear up the track. Will let you all know what I think about it later.
