I am looking to go with two NIMH packs in the mini e-revo. My question is how do you think the internal gears and diffs will hold up to that power. I really dont want to be fixing the truck that often. I know more speed leads to more crashes, but I can deal with that

i still cant take the fact that the min erevo can go 50mph on nimhs

Well the fact remains these little vxl trucks will do 50mph with two Nimh batteries!

It will be over geard a little and heat up the motor and esc, so a smaller pinion is needed to get a solid 50 without hurting things..

I can't see going over 30-35mph and racing something this small off-road. It would be a major handful.

50mph with a light weight 1/16 scale is not going to be good... But it will be fun!
