    Meant 1/16*****

Well just got back from RCX Expo 2009 and what a blast seeing new rc stuff and racing. On this thread I am mainly focusing on the 1/16 Traxxas and other Traxxas stuff. Some of the videos were taken with my camera video and not the greatest but you can see what the E-Revo can take on those jumps. I am sold and definitely going to pick one up for when I am not racing on road, I can just have some off road fun.

    Enjoy!!

What you see is what you get. The only kit hopped up was the slash 1/16 and can assume that those hop ups would look the same on the e-revo.

Anyone else notice the Slash had the upgrades and the Revo was bone stock?

    Slash or Revo

    Thanks for the pics/videos.

Now after seeing both the Slash and the E-Revo, what one did you like best?

e-revo just by it's performance on the track. The slash was not being jumped like the e-revo for some reason?

YUP very impressed for a small scale. Traxxas done it again!!

I have to say that Traxxas was the big dog at RCX. Center stage, biggest truck on site. Plus they had the full scale slash.

Nice pics and thanks for posting them. I have been wondering what the underneath of the chassis looks like. Is it just me or could it use a little more servo/steering protection?

By the way. Thanks for all the videos and pics. Definitely getting the mini Revo now.

Good thing this all went down. I was all set to throw money at a full size electric and scrap Nitro, but the 1/16th will be nice for days that I'm hating my Nitro Revo. OS engines have a way of making you forget about tuning problems though, lol. So I'll do both for now.

Who knows, if I love the mini enough I might just scrap the Nitro anyways and get the mini slash to go with it.

I had to fight off the urge not to stick one or two of those trucks in a sack and head for the door today!!! I'm not a thief, but I could have turned to a life of crime after checking both those killer little trucks out! Flat bad... Nobody else came close there today, just out of curiosity, anybody see HPI there?

I took pics of the entire spot they were in and nothing that stood out new other than the 1/16 scale revo/slash.

Sorry I did not get that info. Maybe one of the admins on here can be contacted to find out what they were running at the track.

np was nice to get out and take the kids to the show so I was able to kill two birds with one stone. Kids have fun and the board members get some nice pics of a show that not everyone could make. I'll do it again next year as I did the prevouse year.

    Cheers
