    Exclamation e revo chassis mod

    is there any mods that anyone has done or knows about do to increase battery compartment space in the erevo? i'd like the fit those max amps 6500's in there

    if you dont have the packs already i would recommend that you save you money and get something a little less expensive or at least better performance for the price. There a batteries of equal or better performance for far less money, such as *****.

    What are you planning to run motor/esc wise?

    do you already have those batterys? this is the e-revo i just bought, so i don't know how the previous owner did the mod.

    thats the only pic i have inside the lid. the battery door conector tab thing is connected still i think the top of the chassis is just cut out?!

    if what your looking for is long run times then this would work well, a little more capacity the the MA packs and quite a bit cheaper.

    unfortunately they are out of stock now, but at $85 dollars a piece they are a great deal, the specs also meet the requirements of the MMM system: 30c and 7000mAH = 210 amps continuous!!

    I had a friend who did that. He did a double back flip into a tractor. It broke the esc and receiver off entirely and one lipo flew out and is now bent. I like the mod and all, but i'd get some velcro straps and cinch the batts to the chassis. Good luck.

    I see what they did they cut out the top of the battery tray but some how attached the battery vents to the chassis as straps.
