As for the headlights, i installed them with the body off obviously and when i put the body on the bumper completely blocked them! I trimmed the bumper and problem solved. I wanted to take night pics so you can see how bright they are.
As for the venom, i bought it when i just got into the hobby, being this is my first rc car(but not the last) I've read a lot of bad things of about them on here and other forums, mostly nimhs though. I have well over a dozen charge cycles through this battery and not one problem, and close to 30 minute runs times. If something bad does happen with it, i wont ever buy one again but til then, its fine.

I got the 2x 5mm headlights and 2x tail lights. Not too bad for $7.50, and the lights are super bright and come ready to go. Just mount the switch and plug it into a 9v battery.
