I use green for off road & blue for on road.

Also on regarding the springs ... has anyone noticed that the springs on the Jato are really loose/spongy. Should they be a little more stiff?? I'm running my Jato mostly on pavement.
How far do you have them adjusted? ive notieced too much make the jato a lil more squirrely than it is alreadyOriginally Posted by rod1gram
that seem to work ok for you then rc crazy
just use the stock revo red springs. i think its the blue color could be wrong.

the stock ( all red ) revo gears direct fit ?Originally Posted by Maxbomb
pls. confirm this Maxbomb & wheather did you use them before.
back to jatonewbe, i'm using the stock ones so far so good.
if you find any of those springs not performing well try to adjust the
above ring either dial down or up according to what you find best for you.
i havnt used them before no. But i see pic every day on this site wth stock shocks holding revo springs. just have a squizze throu the pic section mate.

i asked revonitro about his red springs & if it's for the revo
he said no, it's stock jato springs, he just paint them red.
that's why i'm asking you to confirm as many appears paint them red.
well. Jato-Nut on pg 2 of the pic section about middle down with the new era small roll cage looks to stock shocks holding revo red springs....
its moslty a blue truck..

yep im right. jato-nuts has got em. red revo springs. blue color up back and riding whit color up front
O.S.|HiTech|RPM|THS|50wt
yeh.. it's probably painted in red. look at those stock springs of revonitro
he told me that he painted them .
it's like one of Jato-Nut

as Max said. it's Blue in the back " 8 coils " when i counted them.
but in the front ( to me it's not clear ) which color
as in the picture it showe 7-8 coils while it should be 9 if it's the white,
i tried my best counting them
i guess maybe it's either gold or tan revo springs .. not sure though

i'm still confused after all this ...Originally Posted by Maxbomb

update from the other thread of ( jato shocks ...revo ? ):

I herd somone said that u have to take out the piston thing and repalce it with the jato stock one otherwise the ride of the jato will be to hard. but yes the REVO shock line is the same as the jato one.Originally Posted by Desert JATO

thanks to all for all the info recieved recently, my orders have been placed now lol. just another, when replcing the oil in my diff, do i just fill to the top? and what sort of grease to is best to use in the diff housing?
thanks all
yes fill it right up with what ever oil u want. Or if u just want to grease them use the traxxas lithium grease. u can use that as well for ur transmission when they need a clean.

as it has lower stiffness rate.. thinking it's the suitable for the jato maybe.
hi, ive just used the pink and green jato springs on them, seeming ok so far, im sure though, those links you sent are stiffer than the stock jato
thanks janonewbiei'm going to try the full comob shock of the revo
I would stay w/ Jato white spring. Revo's are too stiff on Jato, IMO.
