    Slash National Club Championship Series

Is anyone interested in the RC Pro National Club Championship Series?

All you have to do is speak to your local track owner or race director and get them to sign up. It doesn't cost the track anything or the racer any more than normal club racing fees.

It is designed to revive club racing around the country on a National level with no traveling. It also maintains a "spec" class, meaning that no mods or upgrades allowed which means it's cheap to do. You should be able to pull your truck out of the box, do some minor setup changes, shock position, oils, set camber and toe in if desired and be competitive. 6 cell or LiPo batteries allowed. No brushless, stock motor ONLY. No tire changes. Sweet concept.

I bet they wouldn't mind bringing in new racers to pay track fees, buy stuff from them and that sort of thing.

you guys dont know them like i do. it was nearly impossible for me to get them to admit that not al ltraxxas vehicles are junk. they dont like traxxas cause traxxas vehicles are not purpose built race vehicles. heck they dont even like my tamiya durga off road race buggy. they basically only like associated vehicles.

Ahh, the elitist mentality. I guess they don't have a whole lot of business by ignoring the fastest growing segment of the RC industry. Keep working on them. They'll get hungry sooner or later. Don't let that stop you from mentioning it to them though.

i wont mention it to them. instead will talk to local hobbytown and another shop that last i hear dwas going to have an off road indoor track. both shops embrace traxxas vehicles. not only cause they are good baseline vehicles but also cause of the excellent customer service from traxxas.

At the track I go to if it was not for the Slash spec class you would NEVER see any traxxas vehicles there, there are not classes the they fit into or no traxxas vehicles that are race ready....I like my traxxas products but it is like being the odd guy out at the race track.

Other thing is the two main classes ........1/8 buggy and Truggy nothing else matters...or so it seems some days.
