    E-mail Issues

    Anyone having issues with getting emails from Traxxas? I have Comcast as a ISP

    comast is always haveing problems with email. sometime it take a few days to get something other time its realy quick. try to give them a call. usually they respond in a day or two max.

    I ended up calling Traxxas they said they sent 5 responses then I wasn't getting e-mails from another site so I ended up using one of my Hotmail accounts with no problems.......

    i stopped using comcast e-mail also. i just use yahoo for the most part.

    Comcast has not been delivering any e-mails from the message board lately. Not sure what the issue is but I am sure they will say it is a problem with the message board. We are not having the issue with other providers.

    Yeh I noticed that...I opened another non pay account and all is fine except I have 2 screen names registered with no email activation...

    whooah! look at that. And I don't relate to the comcast situation, but I emailed Traxxas about the Monster Energy body for the slash and they said they would go get me an answer and they didn't reply back. After they told me that I replied thank you for getting a good answer for me and never heard from them again.
