    what am i doing wrong

    my 3.3 jato doesnt want to start after i put after run oil in it. i'm puting 3 drops threw the carb and like the next day or so i have to wind on the starter for a while to get it to start but if i dont use it she fires right up. i run this car just about every day am i putting to much in it ? thanks in advance

    You might be. Before starting it everyday, try taking out the glowplug and doing the steps to clearing a flooded engine.

    Also, Its not good to hold the ezstart on. Its meant for short bursts. It also could be out of fuel and need to prime by holding finger over stinger for a few seconds then letting off.

    I have ran my EZ start for over a minute with no ill effects. It is just an electric motor.

    its not out of fuel and its not flooded and if i didnt wind on it it woulnd ever start . i shoulnt have to take the plug out of the car the car is strong and is tunned right runs 225 245 allday

    Well for one thing if you use this truck every day there is no need to use after run oil,unless you have some kind of strange fuel your using, your engine will never be harmed over night

    Well how often do you suggest putting it in.It is called after run oil !

    I only use after run for long term storage. WD-40 the rest of the time.
    Seems to start easier with the WD.
    No slipper/tall gearing/power = broken parts.

    There is your answer, and if you are using traxxas fuel, the container even says it is formulated so that you don't have to use after run oil except for long term storage.
