    Velineon 3500 on 4s!

Has anyone tried a Velineon 3500 on 4s with a MM or other speed control?
Kinda wondering the power this motor can put out!

Thanks for any and all info.. Love to hear from those who have tried this..

Many have used that combination. Sunny is the first one that comes to my mind. Pretty sure he was in the mid 80mph range with his MM/3500/4s combo

    How about Castle's motors?
If i remember Squirrelod on youtubei think he said the 4600kv would be the best on 4s or the only one you could run on 4s.
He did a great job of explaining the rpm's

i think the bearings in the sidewinder might handle the 4S if they are the new brand, but it's too high a KV of a motor to be healthy on a 4S. my velineon is a 3500KV and lasted about 2 days on that voltage. you need a motor that can handle those rpms like a lehner that's made to carry 65,000rpms without burning up.

If memory serves me Patrick from Castle claimed the new motors are good for BURSTS up to 100,000 RPM and can sustain 75,000 RPM. I am not sure I would want to push my motor that high but that was his claim.
