My slayer seems to be very "twitchy" when running at high speed. It's even more pronounced while running on pavement. It's so bad that while NOT running at full throttle, the changing gears from first to second makes the truck get wild. Trying to control the sterring is a handful ! The way it's setup currently theres no way to even see what the top speed looks like. While running off road, it's easier to control at high speed due to tires slipping in the dirt. I also have a Revo and it's MUCH more forgiving so it's not that I'm not used to driving these trucks.
I know the servo on the Slayer has a very fast response time, I'm wondering if maybe a change in servo horn (which would reduce the throw) would help, or changing to a bit slower servo ?
2nd question... while in the dirt, if from a standstill I nail the throttle, it veers to the right. Is this typical of this truck ?
any suggestions would be appreciated.
