    Seen one in person!!

Actually got to see, hold and fondle one on person at the recent SEMA show in Vegas. So happens the Traxxas booth was set up straight across from ours. So for 4 days I was looking right at them. And of course since I have an E-Maxx and an E-Revo I had to see what was new. The summit caught my attention right away. It has slightly larger tires than the Revo, a bigger single motor(HUGE!), and switchable locking Front, Rear, and Center diffs!! A button on the remote will completely lock the diffs at the flick of a switch. It also comes with a two speed trans with crazy low for crawling, and then normal for bashing. This thing is also bigger than the E-Revo, but with the same style suspension. Sorry to be a ballbuster for those of you with massive battery dreams, but the battery compartments are a direct duplicate of the E-Revo. Wish I had more time to ask more questions, but it was a pretty busy time for myself as well. They said retail is supposed to be around $450 and they are scrambling to get them out before Christmas. If only I would have whistled away with their demo.....

I want to see one in person, then i might go for the spontaneous purchase. but of course, i would want to convert it to Brushless. Maybe the MMM3 with the 2200kv or a 6.5 Novak. Now we are talking awesome. !!!

ah so its silver and white. i thought that i read some place it was going to be black and white. think i like the silver one the best. blue white then the red myself. think if i needed anything more than a traxxas 775 in this monster id look into a kershaw 700ho or the 960 i think is the size.going brushless in this thing might not be the best idea. unless you get something like an oversized goat crawler system from novak in the near future. then maybe you could go brushless without busting up all the innards.

Really? I couldn't tell by your user name!

I'd be all for the white if it had matching wheel rings... just don't like the color combo there. If anyone wants to have one shipped to me for, um, inspection... send me a yellow one.

About those pics in the other thread of the green and orange ones. The coils were the same colors too.
