Looked all over these threads and was wondering if anyone on this site has tried a 5s LiPo on the stock esc? I know the stock esc is rated 7.2v to 16.8v and a 5s is 18.5v so a little over the top... Just wondering, Thanks
Stock these E-Revos do great on 4s!
Like to try 5s but don't want to fry!

Its was done with some 700-ho's
It was a 2s and a 3s i believe....

no prob! good luck with it, but be careful.....alot can go wrong there. read read read read read everything you can to be sure you hook it up correctly.
