ya $500 sounds about right for it being priced a little more than an E Revo

Tower Hobbies first posts the MSRP on their site. Using the proportion of the First E-Revo: MSRP-$800. T.H. sale price-$450, this means the Summit would cost about $420 (Tower Hobbies Sale Price).
Stampede
Started life as XL-1 then XL-5 now a VXL
If theres that big of a differance i'm going tower. I'll wait to see what my lhs has it priced at. When will they be hitting lhs's?
I hope it isn't too much $$ I might ask my parents for 1 for my B-day

A friend talked to traxxas. MSRP is $800, but will probably retail for closer to $500.
Dontworry,thelightathendofthetunnelisatrain!
Don't care how much, just have to work a few weekends. But Mikey Wants It. Can't wait to take it out to Banff for some backwoods fun in the snow.
Where'd that tree come from?!?!?!?!?!
I'd be pysched if it was $420. But I'm willing to bet it till break $500. Just a guess though.Originally Posted by Only Electric

ok I just checked Towers and it is $742.99! here is the link http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...I=LXWEN9**&P=0
I don't know if that is the final price. I hope not!

is it worth paying that much? you can get a Revo and a Jato for that price...
If you don't like Nitro, you don't like anything!
ok..... since it appears no one checks the link i posted they are taking pre orders at Price : $479.99 on the linked web site.
As one of the employees said, it's too early to estimate the street price. However, they did say to "[e]xpect prices to be a bit higher than the current E-Revo RTR."

Tower hobbies is listing the Summit at $742, RC planet and Horizon have it listed at $529 & $514
Sounds like educated guesses

EREVOs, Slashes, 1/16 Slash, EMAXX, VXL Villain
just bookmarked it lol 480$ everyone not bad
huked awn fonics werkeded 4 mee
Was at my lhs today, Hobbytown, they told me about $569. Should be sometime in December. I never mind paying a little bit more with them , because when I got my Revo 3.3 from them last year, they worked on it for just the cost of the parts to repair or a few bucks for labor when ever the car broke. I am still fairly new to the hobby, so I can use all the help I can get.
I think it will hover around the $500 mark. I mean, when the new T-maxx 3.3 came out with all the new upgrades, it actually sold for a lower price than is predecessor.
I'm Baaaaaaack!
I have one on order. I didn't get an exact price but was told around and about 500. Probably less. Time is estimated last Nov early Dec.
Pay It Forward.
Tower now has the Summit for $514.99 not bad of a price.
~Gage~
I found $530 pre order at tower hobbies.
Its not if it breaks...its when
Talked to zinno, said $450, just above the E-Revo.
