    Good shock and spring setup help

    Hi all, what is the best shock oil and spring set up for Slayer?

    It will be driven on asphalt and gravel/sand, no huge jumps.

    -but what oil and witch springs to get.

    these shocks will lower your slash. Just wanted to let you know that. I have them on my Rustler. but I use it for on road drag racing. They work great for that.As long as you dont do any serious jumping they should work fine.

    On rustler shouldent you use big bores, thease are revo shocks. -i used big bores on my flm pede and loved them.

    so are you sure that this will lower the slayer? (slash is compleatly different car/ with different shocks)

    The Slayer uses GTR aluminum shocks so I cant see those making it that much lower.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but those are the same as the stockers on the slayer, and revo, with the exception of the anodizing, and TiN shafts? Based on where you say you are wanting to run, I would just stick with the stock set up.

    Just ordered the hard anodized gtr shocks and few springs.

    Now I´m thinking of the jato´s alum. turnbuckles,they are 58 and 62mm so they should go in nicely.

    in my revo i run 60 wt shock oil all around with purple traxxas springs in the back and green in the front
