If it was a manufacturer issue they are real good at handling it,if it was your bad, then you'd have to see,but probably not.

Thanks. I'm getting the novak HVpro5.5. What run times should I get out of those batteries?

I bought the 3's version. I had a balancing wire pull out, and they are going to either repair or replace the battery.
I've set the bar, don't trip over it...

I know my 4.5 runs along time.It seems the most I ever run them is maybe 6000 mah,and they go for about 45 minutes of bashing ,30 hard driving.

I run the 2S2P 7.2v 8000mah with my dual 700HO Kershaws and at least 45 minutes worth of trail and hillclimbing.

As previously said, if your problem is a result of the batteries, then I'm sure they'll look after you. They've been great to me anytime I've been dealing with them. Very quick to respond to questions, and make suggestions as to various solutions.
