Ive heard about several pepole including Forbes that they (drilled the pipe) and Im wondering how its done and what kind of performance gains can I see?

im going to say it adds power all around. i diddnt see just power on top or bottom. it will breath better and youl probbaly have to richen the carb a tad due to less pressure.

just take 1/4 or smaller drill bit(i did 1 size down i dont reamember the size) and drill the stinger. just dont go 2 far or u will hit the cone, i did it on my jato and revo, when i did it 2 my revo and retuned it i cant keep it on 4 wheels now and i beat my dad in a race with his revo and we are both stock and i tuned both trucks
First race/Stock Losi 8ight/finished 2nd
