I was wondering what the gear difference would be when switching from 2.8 wheels to 2.2's. If im running 20/40 now with 2.8's would running 20/38 with 2.2's be about the same?

2CH3NO2 + CH3OH + 3O2 → 3CO2 + 5H2O + N2 =Jato Fun
also on the topic of wheels what is a good glue to use, i know that you can use ca glue but there seems to be so many different kinda to choose from
2CH3NO2 + CH3OH + 3O2 → 3CO2 + 5H2O + N2 =Jato Fun
The gearing change has nothing to do with the wheel diameter. It all depends on your overall tire diameter. Most 2.2's have the same or similar overall diameter as the 2.8's, so no gearing change is needed. It depends on your tires though, if you're going to 2.2 moabs, you will need to drop you clutch bell 2-4 teeth to keep it the same as the stockers. The 3.3 has so much torque though, that many just keep the stock gearing. More info is needed on what you are going for.
As far as glue, use any thin ca tire glue.
Imo, there really isn't a need to change the gearing unless you put small touring car wheels on it or monstertruck tires on it. You are allready running 20/40 with the 2.8s you should be more than good for the 2.2s![]()
No more money for rc trucks I got 1:1 truck
ok i was just curious, i think im going to try and drop it down to 20/36 and see how that works, the tires arent lasting too long with the 20/40

You could just use regular super glue from your local store.
