I think it's the axle, am I right?

If you could help that would be awesome, thanks.

Thats the output yoke that detached...looks like the pin broke that holds it together, should be able to get it out and put another in. And ya its the axke/driveshafts.

What gear spinning? What do u mean?....i can see u spinning the spur gear and at the same time when u let go of thw gear it spins back. If u hold the spur with two fingers and spin, hold, spin, hold instede of spinning with one finger it should spin the tires, instede with the tires on hold the back of the truck and move it forward and reverse it should spin.

So, it should have that much play in it? I noticed when I first start it up each day, I give it full throttle on mid-throttle trim, and it takes about 3 seconds to go, you can hear it but it won't go for 3 seconds... is that normal? maybe Ill make a video tomorrow?

Start with the spur gear, clutch bell and clutch shoes...then the slipper clutch attached to the spur gear, make sure thats ok and adjusted properly, then if thats all okay id then open the tranny and inspect.
