if you really want foams and don't like to make modifications you might consider something else because the ss doesn't allow regular tires in the front because the wheel spins on a fixed axle, besides that I think the ss would be pretty good at oval

Make no mistake, the Street Sport is FAST. My nephew has one with full bearings, a Saleen Mustang body, XL-1 ESC and HPI slicks. The thing is faster in the top end than my 4-Tec that is equipped with the same motor, only I have an XTM ESC, full ball bearings, HPI belted tires, and a Ford GT40 body on my car. I tend to take him in the corners, but on the straights, his car is scary fast. The Street Sport is a very overlooked and uderrated car IMHO.

I have the SS and race it quite often on oval tracks and do pretty well I might add . I did the conversion on mine so it can accept touring car wheels (believe me this helps alot). I have a 16T Speed Gems, full bearings, XL-1 ESC, and a Nascar Monte Carlo body. This thing is FAST!! I will include a link to some pics.

    IMHO...

Too bad you had to put such an un-stylin' body on such a sweet machine.
