    Pinion Gear

    Has anyone changed the stock gear to the 23t thats included in the box? is it just for streat or can it handle grass and hard pack?

    yes it can handle grass and hard pack to a certin degree, but i would probobly not reccomend it.

    The speed gear should only be used for on-road speed runs. Running the speed gear off-road or for extended periods could cause overheating.

    thx for the input. stock gear=offroad, optional gear=onroad. got it. I tried the optional gear tonight and WOW its fast onroad. I just have a venom 1700 in it and it has some respectable speed on road.

    with a 1700 wow wait till you go to 3300 or 4200 then you will be impressed
