the body is not finished yet, and my tires and wheels have yet to arrive.. will update then. its still a stock drivetrain as i think the slash is perfect the way it is, now if i can just stop blowing up titan motors all will be good

all but 3 slashes between my crew and i.. and 1 slayer...

and the jconcepts dare that my buddy chris just finished... it has 41 led lights in it and 2 functional fans on the rear deck. its nuts.

i really need to find my digicam..

got some RIT black powder dye from michaels (2.99) and dyed my formerly gray chassis last night.

Just got done with the 14rs body (my first RC body ever).. had some serious trouble getting the RPM chassis savers to click together, so I glued and covered them with a bit of shoe goo so they won't come apart, and also will reduce body rattle that way.
The slash is rather incomplete, since I am waiting for a bulkhead.

Update.. got my parts, all done. Pics are a bit overbright, since I was experimenting with HDR pictures.

This is my 'Rottweiler'....

combination of matte black and gloss color applied outside and inside of the shell. I'm after that rat rod primered look while still keeping some bright colored racing flares.
Despite many doubts, the matte black held on..no flaking just some scratches.

this is my slash, its got a VXL system and i run it mostly on 3s lipo.. usually in a sand pit

full RPM upgrades, just waiting on the rear bumper and mount
