Is it ever.. and that is a good thing.. the revo suspension is leaps and bounds better than the emaxx, not to mention more durable! Same basic performance out of the box in terms of speed/torque but not in control by any means. Some very nice changes for sure.. it will be a hit.

I am a little surpised they didn't release in in tandom with a monster brushless system, they must be having issues getting it together.

On my erevo I'm using the 3905's sealed radio box, the tranny, drive line parts. It does work well in the water mind you... SNOW too!!! I wouldn't suggest submerging though.. water will seap into the radio box. I use some extra silicon sealer to help stop that though.

it looks like the battery trays might not fit a maxamps 3s 8k lipo.......

if not, i think the battery boxes should have been more open like stunblin's

that looks cool, single motor mount looks sweet. the whole plastic middle chassis thing with enclosed battery holders, I dunno, too bad they didnt make it an aluminum open chassis like the nitro. Good timing on the press release though

Man, it's killer! I think I will end up buying one. It looks like an incredible design. The problem I have is, I know it's going to get the full upgrade treatment sooner or later. Everytime I buy a truck to 'just be a runner and keep stock' it happens. Looks like some of the Revo 3.3 parts will carry over, so that's a good thing. The chassis design isn't bad. Looks futuristic, but eventually I am sure the after market will supply some other options. Carbon fiber, maybe from Vantage? The design is still nice. Interesting how a lot of the drivetrain, even underneath is very nicely protected. The dual motor mount system is interesting, with motors, more less in line. I wouldn't be worried about the battery trays. If they can handle 7 cell packs, then I think just about anything else will fit in there. Says they are adjustable as well, for different length packs. Love the new body as well!
