how much could i get for a used 3.3

hey i got a revo 3.3 and im converting to a e revo and i want to know how much i sould get for the 3.3 motor? it is broken in i think is has less then onegallon in it. i does run and has a after market air filter on it. plz help

That's a tough one...selling a used nitro engine (even if it is almost brand new). As soon as you run it even once forget getting much out of it. Seeing that you can get a brand new 3.3 for around $100 to $120 on ebay...if you got $60 or $70 I think you would be doing good. What kind of air filter do you have on it?

i dont know what air filter is has but thanks. how much do you think i could get the trans for?

I really don't know. Search on ebay and see what they are going for. Probably not a whole lot, though, as it is, again, used. The only way to get some descent $$$ out of parts, motors, servos, etc is if they are NIB and never been used. When I bought my E-Revo the first thing I did was remove the stock radio gear and the rims/tires. I was able to get some money for it. A lot of the time you are almost better off just keeping it as a backup rather than giving it away. You never know when you might need a almost new 3.3 engine.
