    Jato does not stay started....

I am still on my first gallon of 20 percent, the only fuel that I ever used...
After breaking the engine in, running the vehicle for a few days...

    The engine will not start.

Symptoms started with stalling, at high speed, then stalling when starting. Now it won't start. With throttle in one hand and ez start in the other, it will start, and I can give it a little gas above idle while holding, the vehicle will burn fuel as long as I am holding the ez start button. As long as I hold the ez start button the engine is running. When I relase the ez start button the vehicle stops immediately. I checked the fuel line, it is good to go, I repalced glow plug and blue glow plug wire. I verified the yellow wire is attached. I have not replaced any internal engine parts. I am tuned to very close to factory settings, with in a quarter turn of factory of HS and dead flush to ls factory recommended setting...

I don't have a clue. Unless I did run too lean for too long as fuel has been run out of the engine on more than 1 occasion, closer to 4 or 5 times.

I am new to these very fun, very fast, very cool little cars, I wanted to touch base on this forum before I just went out and got new internal parts...

    Thoughts and suggestions are welcomed...

    thanks

check for air leaks. heat up the engine and then do it, or restrict air flow to the cooling head and just get it nice and hot with the EZ start running the whole time and then see if it works.
WARNING:exposure to nitro can lead to drain bamage

+1 to checking for air leaks. The way I do it is get the engine running and spray joints (between crankcase and backplate, carb and crankcase, etc.) with WD-40. If you have an airleak the engine will die immediately if it's a bad leak or gurgle and die if it isn't too bad. Don't worry about WD-40 hurting the engine, I am fairly sure my engines all start on WD-40 that I used for after run oil then start pumping nitro into the engine (not really, but WD-40 does more good than harm).

The jato starts now, during a nap, I awoke with a great idea, I had remembered that out of the box, the jato had very little breaks and at idle was hauling down the road. I returned the brake and idle back to something near the original settings and bam! Back and running... So, aside from being on the road again, I bought new tires, rims, chrome bumber and silverado body for it today...
