There's no way of telling unless you get a radar gun.
We had math homework?
Is there a big difference from the stock to the 22 tooch clutch bell?Anyone have a 22 tooth clutch bell?
I don't have it but there would be a significant increase in speed. It will also cut down on the wheelies since it will take away from acceleration. To be honest the N-Pede is fast enough. It gets hard to control at high speed anyway being as tall as it is and light in the front end. The only reason I would do this to cut down on the wheelies and then I would probably try a 20 tooth first.

Will I have to tear tha whole rear end apart to get to the clutch beel,so that i can switch it with the 20 tooth
No. Just take the engine off(you might be able to do it without taking it off). To get to the spur gear you need to take the back apart.

There is a way of telling how fast the truck goes without a radar gun; measure out a distance by putting lines on the road (in meters). Have someone start a stopwatch when you hit the first line and stop it when you hit the second line. Have the truck goin top speed when it hits the first line. the equation is velocity(speed)=distance/time. This will give you a speed in meters per second, but you then need to convert that the m.p.h. somehow.
This previous post offers some advice on how to clock your speed.
Speed costs money, how fast do you want to go?
I use a gps to track my max speed , especially easy with stampede since it has a pickup...also the instruction manually tells you how to change the gears
