I bought a set for my Rustler. They are nice, and don't round over as easily as the plastic ones. If you have wheels that are starting to round a bit though, the aluminum hexes will probably lodge themselves in there (my Mamba spun the hex pretty hard). Overall, I think they're great. A good upgrade to get once you've had your 'Tec a while.

i have them, and i really like them but you have a better chance of stripping the wheel rather than the hex

Yeah, I just pulled my wheels off my Rustler and they messed up ANOTHER set of wheels. I'd like to take back my previous statement about them being good....I'm getting some plastic ones as soon as these wheels are done for, then I'll put the aluminum hexes on the front

I went to aluminum hexs in my Maxx, because the plastics would strip, now the aluminum ones have stripped my 40 series rims

They will work fine for the N4tec, I had them on mine, no problems.

i have aluminium hex's in my tec, for no other reason than i aquired them in some car parts i bought second hand, i needed a hex and they were in the spares box, never thought about them really but they have certainly never caused me a problem, i guess as long as the wheel nuts are tight they will be fine.
