Looks real nice. Have you gotten a GPS speed? Also do you have any problems with hull instability? Chine walk, or prop walk?

This little boat was never made with "speed" in mind. But I can't leave anything alone. The chine walk was fixed with the trim tabs but prop walk and torque roll was the real issue! As you can see I didn't have much room for a gps inside but my best guess on speed would be in the mid 30mph range. But in this boat felt much faster and spent most of its time on the water upside down! Ive been thinking about gearing it back up with a fixed strut and rudder system but at the end of the day this hull is unstable at high speeds.
