What exactly do you want to do?
If you want to burn data files, use the data cd button. It should be fairly self explanatory from there. As for ripping, that's pulling the music off a CD - WAV will have the highest quality, MP3 and windows audio will have much smaller filesizes. None of them have to do with burning DVD's.

Thanks enforcer!I basicly just want to save dvds into the HD and make copies of them.So I select data cd?But I can't drag the contents of the dvd into the burn list.It will onely allow me to see this when I right click on each part.
    Play all
    Play
    Find dvd info
    Properties
So how do I burn them if I can onely use that(above),and can't drag them into the burn list.Sorry im a noob at this.

Oh - that makes it a bit harder then. The problem is that the DVD format is specifically made to make it harder to copy to prevent illegal copies from being made. I've never tried to copy DVD's with a single drive - I use my comp that has dual drives and copy straight over from one disk to the other. Sorry for not being able to help more...

I have a Pionee DVD recorder, most DVD's are copyrighted and the DVD player will not allow recording. Even old Disney VHS tapes have copyrighted software that will not allow me to record old VHS's to DVD, kinda stinks.
