    Red face Breakin in 3.3

Just replaced my 2.5 w/ the 3.3 & Im breakin it in. Im on the 1st & 2nd tanks of the break in procedures I've noticed that instead of seeing smoke come from the pipe there is a steady stream of fuel just poorin out. Didnt see this w/ the 2.5. Any help or knowledge would be appreciated.

make sure the high speed is at factory setting. if it's too rich it'll hurt it just as much as being lean
Was a newbie a long time ago

Lean it out a little bit. Its running super rich if fuel is spitting out. Dont lean it out like you are tuning for power, just enough to stop the fuel from coming out.

I'll try that. Seems as though my EZ start is goin out or already has now so ima have to buy a new one (hello EBAY) & wait on the breakin process. SUCKS but what cha gona do?

the factory breakin settings are usually very rich and you will not get a proper breakin, it all depends on where you live, you must get the engine up to at least 220 for proper breakin and less stress on the con. rod, most con. rod failures are due to excessive stress because the engine clearances are very tight causing excessive stress, other reasons for con.rod failure are excessive rpms.

What is your weather temperatures Go to your owners manuel it says stock breakin procedures and gives you the tune you need, but if your in weather temps of 40-85 degree F and it is doing that with stock tune I woudnt worry about it.
