Sounds like some adjustments need to be made to your Radio.
Throttle trim maybe.

there is no throttle response in reverse or forward
What ESC do you have? It sounds like it might need to be reprogrammed.
For everything else, theres Tower Hobbies...
Either take off your pinion or move the motor away from the spur. Then reset your throttle trim to 0, then re-program it.
Why not just unplug the motor? Then reprogram/ mess with the throttle trim.

That doesn't matter, it shouldn't do that. Look in the instruction booklet, there should be some steps the re-program the unit.

does lrp have a web site that i can look at to get a phone number or e-mail
They're distributed through Team Associated here in the states. I'd call them. They seem to be easy to deal with. I called them about repairing an ESC for me (an older LRP F1) and they seemed friendly and helpful. Still haven't sent it in yet though...
