and 4 more made this week....this process is getting ALOT easier.

I have one for all my jatos now.

Thanks to Plumgone for helping me with these...i couldn't get it perfect until you gave me the idea of running a digital caliper to balance it.

I think that's about all i'm gonna make...one for each of my Jatos and one for my brother wrapped around a new 3.3 for his birthday....

they have gotten alot easier to make after you helped, but they still take a LONG time to get done....about 5 hours a piece, and being a stay at home dad, that's FOREVER. LOL

    Thanks again for your help.

no we aren't related. After i saw his rusty video, i contacted him, and he was kind enough to help me with my 40t. via email. It's really not that hard to do if you have the materials...it just takes a long time.

don't know for sure...I live in Northern Virginia, and we're sitting on snow, and alot of cold weather.. plus, the roads are full of sand and salt.... no chance till all that's gone.

I'll be posting pics of it all hooked up in the next few days.

if it would stop snowing and have a good rain to wash away the salt and sand, i'd be happy to shoot the video of my truck. day after day goes by and it just gets colder and colder.

I was having so much nitro withdrawal, i went out to my back porch yesterday and started all my engines just to let them warm up so i could hear them again!

i doubt it affects the life of the engine, The enigine will push the same rps just the truck will take longer to shift and speed up. He has a TNT modded 3.3 i think. Get it dont at TNTmods.com
i think its about 107 dollars with shipping. THey like new engines cause you can get the most outta it. The modding should make the engine last longer....

Meh...the problem with the snow here however is it quickly creates a icy crust on top from the close to freezing temp. Plus like Jato75 said, they throw down TONS of sand at the first sign of snow which makes it difficult to drive on the street.

my wife is from upstate NY, and she says they pour more salt and sand here in one dusting then NY does in all of the upper N.W part of the state all year.

she said growing up, they almost never closed the schools in upstate NY for snow..it was really rare.
here...a dusting, and there are 400 trucks out around the clock, and the schools are closed. ...they really go wayyyyyyy overboard here in NoVA.

back on topic, i'll have my 45t done this weekend to put up for all to see.
I might have to go driving around to see if i can find a parking lot that dosen't look like a sandbox.
