    Rustler tires on 4tec...?

    Thinkin about puttin 4 rear tires on my 4tec ...
    I will need to move the exhaust back a lil ..
    All I want is some ground clearence .. do you think it would work?

    You may need longer axles to make up for the thicker rim plastic on the rustler. You could try some HPI Monster Truck SS rims instead. Then I don't think you'd need the longer axles.

    I'd be curious to see what it looks like and if it worked. It's not for me, but being different is what this hobby is all about...

    Use the rear tires for the NR. The hex mount is closer to the inside of the tire on that NR than the one on the ER. Or use the ones on the front of the ER. The Front ER and Rear NR are the same. The rear ER is a lot deeper than the other ones. And the front on the NR doesn't have the hex key, it just has bearings inside of it and rotates on a shaft.
