    transmitter/reciever problem

i hope someone can help. i have fresh batteries in the radio and onboard the jato. when i turn the switches on, the servos respond fine to the radio. but when i start the motor, the servos start to move on their own and do not respond to the radio properly. does anyone have any ideas?
    thanks

    maybe interference
Avoid arguments with the Mrs. about lifting the toilet seat by simply using the sink. : If you have a bad cough, take a large dose of laxatives, then you will be afraid to cough. : If you run from a sniper you will only die tired

is it when the engine is running, or when you have the ez-start in the plug, so before the engine even starts? sometimes that will cause inteference. Traxxas 27mhz sucks. Id reccommend going to 75mhz with a futaba kit. its only $50 at a hobby store, and it should solve your glitching problems. I used to glitch all the time with mine, and i used to always run a fail safe just to make sure it didnt run away. Since ive had that futaba radio, I havent once used a fail safe, and Ive only experienced minor steering glitches once, but nothing that caused me not to be able to drive the truck.

I had a similar problem and after some research I discovered I had a damaged receiver. After I replaced it, everything was fine again.

IF I HAD TO GUESS I'D SAY IT WAS A DAMAGED RECIEVER. IT ONLY ACTS CRAZY WHILE THE ENGINE IS RUNNING. IT RESPONDS GREAT BEFORE I CRANK UP.
    THANKS
