Donuts in your Jato

Do these mess up the diffs?
In XRC I read that because the inside tire is spinning so fast it creates a lot of heat and can even melt the entire diff.
Just wanted some input.

i do and have not messes any thing up. but i amd bery light on the throttle and then on to off the throttle. i do this so it dosent over revv the engine

i do donuts all the time and have yet to see problem with it, but yeah just try not to over rev the engine
