Did you find that deal on ebay? I've been watching an auction for that stuff for a few days, just wating ans debating. You know how it goes. I just got my E in early January and have already sunk a LOT of $$ into it. I'm also interested in the quality of the other parts that come with the shocks. the CVDs and the Proline Titanium turnbuckles.

Proline CVD's are made by MIP so they are the same. As far as CVD's go I would go with MIP/Proline or UE. Anything else I would just stay stock because there is usually a weak link with other manufacturers be it actual materials or joint design and what not. If you can get the deal you are looking at for under $150.00 then it's a steal and I say go for it.
Some things are just meant to make us wonder.
I have the Traxxas Big Bore Shocks. Would it be worth it to upgrade to the Prolines for that price? How much would I be able to sell the Big Bores for?
Yep, the Pro-Line CVD's are MIP's. Pro-Line had MIP put the set together for the Pro-Line Suspension kit. I own them and highly recomend them. They have held up fairly well over the past three years. The reason I say fairly well is because I did manage to bend one while doing some pretty rough rock jumping.
